tis week was realli packed, plus my com was down 4 a few days.. so cudn't blog 4 quite a long time. nw almost everyday will cum bk @ almost 4, so late.. n d day feels so short..
yest went 2 Chinatown wif mum n my god-siblings. everywhere was red.. chinese new year atmosphere! we didn't realli go 2 Chinatown street itself cos we went there quite late, bt we walked near-by. we ate @ a hawker centre n d food there was super gd! there was tis sushi-like roll bt it's made of "kuay-tiao", delicious! den we had a variety of food oso. aftr tat went shopping den @ bout 10 plus took a train hm. by d time we reached hm it was oreadi past 11.
tis wk gona hv bout 3 tests! ahhh! den aftr CNY gona hv common test!

realli bz tis few days.. doin d final touches of my prjt. on sat went 2 Marina and Suntec wif mum, decided nt 2 go 2 Millenia Walk. we went @ arnd 7 plus so it was oreadi quite dark by the time we got there. bt d gd tink was, on tat say there was midnight shopping till 12 n sum till 1. super cool. it was veri crowded bt there were great sales there aftr 10, realli reasonable so we took d opportunity 2 do sum christman shopping n we're almost done nw. i had Subway sandwich 4 dinner, wif a drink n a double choc cookie, yum! their cookies r xtremely nice cos it's like semi-soft, yeah.. nowadays almond has been quite mischeivious, ate 1 n a half pack of choc chip cookies n half pack of flour. i realli wonder hw tis dog cn jump so high. it's nt as if we left it @ d corner of d table or wat, sighz.. so yest we went 2 Pet Safari 2 buy those kinda big cage 4 him so he cn stay inside instead of causing us more trouble, he's such an attention seeker..

2dae i woke up @ 8.30a.m n had a realli late breakfast den @ arnd 12.30p.m left 4 Ikea Tampines. tis is d veri 1st time i've been there since it's grand opening. generally, there r d same old stuff there juz tat d carpark's realli huge! n mind u i'm nt exaggerating.. 1st destinatn was d food heaven. we ate d usual yummy food pple go there 4. like cheese cake, salmon, fish & chips, chicken wing n drink. bt course i didn't eat all tis on my own. i went there wif mum n sum of our frens, so we all shared d ''load''. after walking round d whole place, we proceeded 2 Eastpoint 2 run sum errands n den went hm, tat's all. oh.. n i juz watched , funny show, hilarious! haha! ok, tat's all i've gotta blog bout 2dae, bye!

2dae was quite ok, nt borin nt interesting.. i had Subway sandwich 4 lunch, got a Terriyaki chicken wif cheese n bbq sauce. i dun realli like salads so i onli had lettuce n cucumber. i ordered d set meal which consists of a realli nice cookie n a drink. nice lunch..
went hm n watched T.V, as usual den baked choc chip cookie! my fave! we baked quite a handful n it turned out real nice..

time realli flies, it's gona b d end of Nov soon, so sad cos it means 1 mr month left b4 sku strts! ahhh!
went 2 Safra @ arnd 11 plus 4 a swim n it was like goin 2 rain so my mum n i had 2 quickly get out aftr like onli 12 laps den end up it didn't rain. summr d clouds were a realli dark shade of grey!
had our lunch in T.M, ate d sliced fish soup, yummy! bt i accidentally put in 2 much pepper n d whole tink was 2 spicy, sad.. bt nvm.
cam hm n watched Tokyo Drift, can't believe i haven't watched it yet. we rented d VCD.. it's quite cool, all d cars n d way they drift, real pretty in fact.

i hope u guys r havin a gd hol! 2dae was a rather bz day, went 2 a few places. 1st, went 2 visit a fren in hospital, quite a major operatn. we den went 2 Bugis Junctn 4 lunch, shop n walk arnd. went 2 tk neoprints wif my mum 2, hehez.. it's like so weird, takin wif ur mum cos i'm like so use 2 takin wif frens. d neoprints were as usual veri ex bt it turned out veri pretty, wif all d shimmering colours n all. d last stop was a toast bread shop which i've 4gotten d name. u cn like choose wateva toppings u want. i got d peanut butter wif chocolate rice n nuts, superb! n my mum got d kaya 1, realli unique, nt like those ordinary kaya. we had our toasts wif mocha frappucino frm starbucks, my fave!!! we received a big surprise when we got hm, my dog almond managed 2 jump n grab our pkt of marshmallows which were supposed 2 b 4 our BBQ! thank gdness he isn't showing any signs of any sickness, cos dogs obviously cannot eat suuch sweet stuff. well, he sure had a great meal, altho he didn't finish up d pkt, which is a gd tink. we went 2 samy's 4 indian food wif sum close frens, fantastic! nw felling super full!

these few days hv been realli fun n interesting. keith n jeanette cam ovr 2 stay frm sat till 2dae. we stayed hm n slack n d 1st day, watched movies.. 2nd day we went 2 CSC n spent d whole day there. they were celebrating d 70th anniversary n we r members there so all d benefits.. we did canoeing, sailing, swimming n built sandcastles 2.. we took part in both d canoeing competitn n d sandcastles building 1. we lost real badly 4 d canoeing 1 bt managed 2 get a 1st 4 d sandcastle building competitn.. hehez.. these is d 1st time canoeing n i didn't noe it tks so much efffort, my arms were aching n we had sunburns when we got hm. 3rd day went 2 CSC aftr church. d event lasts 4 2 days n it was oso a fren's b'dae n there was goin 2 hv a BBQ. we did d same tink as d 1st day.. juz tat we did sum art n craft work 2.. yummy food 4 dinner n a great time.. keith n jeanette juz left nt long ago. went 2 BK 4 brunch n den went 2 arcade den lastly, took 2 times of neoprints..

2dae i had 2 wake up @ 6.45p.m. cos i had 2 reach sku @ 8. all denvironmentalists had 2 go 2 Expo 2 prepare 4 tmr's exhibitn concerning sum Clean n Green stuff. it was super boring.. most of d time i was standing arnd wasting time cos there were 2 mani pple helpin out in a small booth. there r quite alot of skus participating in tis competitn n i realli hope we'll win. i cn tell by those presentatn tat they realli put in alot of effort. i missed all d meetings cos i was away in London, hehez.. we'll hv 2 b in Expo 4 tmr n weds as well 2 do our duties.. pretty boring. hols r getting a lil boring, dun u agree? i realli dun fell like doin d hols hw, haven even started on 1! tchrs r incredible, givin us so much 4 our precious 2 month hol.. can't wait 4 nxt yr 2 cum, a new yr..

so sad.. tmr will b d last day in London. bt again, i'll b able 2 c almond! so tats a gd tink 2. yest we went 2 Covent Garden 2 shop again! we went 2 Jubilee markt n Apple mrkt n they sold alot of those handmade stuffs, pretty cute. they oso sold flattened glass bottles n i bot 1 4 dad. realli creatif huh? actually planned 2 watch a play 1, bt realli ex n didn't hv enuf cash wif us.. so 2 bad.so we took d London tube 2 High Street Kensington 2 c d Kensington palace, where Princess Diana used 2 live. n there was tis realli huge park wif mani kinds of birds there. there were swans,ducks, seagulls, etc.. we waited 4 a veri long time b4 d train arrived. d service isn't as gd as d 1s in S'pore. d worse tink was tat they had 2 close d ticket booth due 2 a shortage of staff! i like nv heard of tat b4 in S'pore rite? hilarious..so when sun was about 2 set, we took d tube bk 2 Oakwood. n den suddenly due 2 duno wat d statns aftr Arnos Grove were closed! so we had 2 get dwn n Aunt Sue had 2 pick us up.. sighz..2dae we will b goin 2 d supermarket 4 d last time, boo hoo! d supermarkets here r SO SO much nicer den d 1s in Singapore. we'll b leaving @ arnd 3p.m. tmr 2 tk a train 2 Heathrow airport.. so we will reach S'pore on d 8th @ arnd 7 in d evening. cool.

went 2 Brent Cross shopping mall yest.. had alot of departmental stores n mani lil shops which sold evrytink. we cudn't decide on wat 2 hv 4 lunch, so we decided on sandwiches frm Marks n Spencer. in London, it's veri common 2 c pple sitting arnd eating ready-made sandwiches.. n we were 1 of them. we walked in n out of shops, mostly nt buyin anytink. i got a pencil case 4 jam, realli cute.. aftr tat, we went 2 Oriental City 2 buy roasted duck n pork 4 dinner. yummy huh?
when we went hm, we ate n den watched X factor. it's sumtink like S'pore idol, bt d London style. 2dae we might b goin 2 Covent Garden.. hopefully it's anthr nice place!

went 2 Oxford street 2dae n on d way there, d train kept stoppin due 2 sum technical probs. watsed so much of our time.
finally we reached aftr an hr of delaying.. we went 2 Subway 4 lunch again, cravings 4 more sandwich. Oxford street is a place full of shopping malls. 1st, we went 2 John Lewis mall, walked arnd without buyin anytink. 2nd, we went 2 Selfridges 2 c mr stuff. 3rd, went 2 Marks n Spencer. d M&S here is realli huge! bigger den d 1s in S'pore. they sell almost evrytink there. we paid d most attentn 2 d food halls in these places.. d food halls here r amazin, like a grand supermarket. d pple licing in London r relali fortunate, get 2 shop @ these high class malls. we den went 2 a few small shops by d road 2 get sum souveniers.. bot mani tinks 2dae.. we oso ate salt beef wif bread, it's salty bt healthy 2. it's steamed.. n i oso tried Turkis Delight, finally! it's quite sweer, bt yummy!
juz had dinner.. had beef stew wif bread. oso VERI yummy! aunt sue cooks GREAT food! yum!!!

left d hse @ 10 plus took d London Tube aka train 2 Watweloo, where d London Eye is. took d river cruise along River Thames 2 d Tower Bridge of London.. had Subway sandwiches 4 lunch den walked arnd n cross d bridge. aftr which we took d cruise bk 2 d London Eye. we decided 2 tk d London Eye.. it's sumtink like a ferris wheel, bt it goes realli slowly. we cud c almost d whole of London up there. it went 360 degrees. nice ride 2..
we den proceeded on 2 Knightsbridge where Harrods is. d big shopping mall 4 rich pple. d tinks there r realli ex n d whole place looks super grand. i onli bot a toy 4 Almond's b'dae prezzie. tats all i cn afford there.. by den it was goin 2 6 in d evening bt yet it was realli dark. so we took d Tube bk hm..

woke up 2 a FREEZIN 5 degrees 2dae, extremely cold!!! 2dae we spent most of our time in d car, pretty borin. bt d places we went were wonderful.
1st stop was Windsor Castle. d castle is HUGE! n again there were mani expensive paintings evrywhere. evry corner of d castle had @ least 1 painting. aftr 1n hr of admiratn, we went 2 West Cornwall Pasty 2 takeaway pastries. they looked like curry puffs, bt in d British version. i had d Steak n Stilton 1, realli fillin..
2nd stop was Cambridge. we were supposed 2 visit d Cambridge University bt kinda got confused on d way so.. we juz had a view frm far way.. bt it was nice..
all in all, we were out 4 8 hrs of which half were spent on travelling in d rented MPV..

brrrr.. it's cold ovr here, 10 degrees! d temp dropped again! it's 8.05a.m. nw, 8 hrs behind S'pore. had a VERI full dinnr.. rice, duck n veggie. finally there's chi food! realli missed it, bt nt anymr! satisfied my heart's desire.
2dae, we left d hse @ 10 plus n our 1st stop was Kenwood Hse. it's HUGE man! d person hu owned it b4 muz hv been filthy rich, i'm tellin u! d hse had so so so mani paintings n d whole place smelled of wood. mani rms 2, wonder exactly hw mani pple actually lived there. followed by takin a long walk in d park surrondin it. u noe hw cold it was??? i was wearin 3 layers, sun was shining n still we were shiverin! esp when d wind blew.. in London, u'll find mani dogs without a leash! they r super obedient n will NV leave their owners! so loyal rite? onli if almond cud b like tat. bt i still LUV him ALOT!
2nd stop was Enfield, mani shops there. i got a few a gift 4 mum there.. a veri cheap bt lovely bag. den we oso bot 3 bks frm d 1st bk store cos they were havin sum 3 for 2 sale. den aftr tat we found out anthr shop had a much bettr sale goin on! regret.. bt u noe wat? in London, customers r allowed 2 return their purchases n get their money bk! hw great cn tat b rite? onli if S'pore cud b tat flexible.. sighz.. we i got 4 wonderful novels frm there which i hv been hopin 2 get @ a reasonable price. it's so much cheaper eventho d money here is bigger, so i'm glad i got it.. i oso bot a planner 4 nxt yr, realli cute n cudn't resist it as it wudn'r b found in S'pore.
den @ arnd 5p.m, we were on our way hm! comfort..

greetings frm beutiful London! temp here is super comfortable, bout 17 degrees or so.. sounds cold, bt it's nt tat cold.. i've kinda gotten used 2 it oreadi, so it's gd..
went sight-seeing @ mani places oreadi n it's superb, i'm tellin u. n d supermarkets here r oso as nice. it's so big n has evrytink. evrytink in London looks so perfect!
2dae we spent 2 whole day @ hm(except goin 2 d supermarket) cos Hilary's relatives cam. we had BBQ! n we didn't use charcoal, instead, it's run by gas. so mordern.. hehez.. we had sausages(fat 1s), lamb, muscles n chicken wings. it was pretty fun cookin d food, watchin all d raw meat becumin burnt n all.
aftr tat we sat dwn n chit-chatted, d practical tink huh? aftr which we took a few picts n den watched picts tat we took. lastly, we said our ''gd-byes'' n evrytink. d pple in London hug n kiss as a way of a greeting u noe? pretty cool huh?
d sunset here in London is super early, n i mean early. nw it's 6 plus n it oreadi looks like it's 10 in S'pore! so nt tat used 2 it yet..
tmr we might b goin 2 othr tourists' attracctns.. so anthr walkin day. n u noe wat? i've lost 1kg durin d past few days as we've been walkin like ALOT! we walked 2 diff venues n all.. so u noe.. obviously..

yo peeps!2dae was a realli cool day,evrytink was exciting n fun. went 2 Greenwich n spent almost d whole day there! d place is filled wif historic stuff n it rox!went out of d hse @ almost noon n went 2 tis chi restaurant n had noodles which was served in huge portion, i mean HUGE! i cudn't finsh, obviously! d bowls r like 3 times bigger den d normal 1s! amazing man, d pple hu r able 2 finish it.den we proceeded 2 tis ancient ship place which i 4got d name n took picts.secondly, went 2 d Greenwich market which had fresh nougets 4 sale. they were fresh n big, compared 2 those packet 1s n s'pore. i bot 2 pieces 4 bout 9 pounds, but i tink it's worth it.thirdly, we went 2 a hall 4 d navy pple 2 hv their meals n den a church. they had fascinating paintings on d walls of tis places n it looks super ancient, bcos it is! haha!aftr tat went 2 a few malls 2 shop n den proceeded 2 a supermarket 2 shop 4 groceries..GREAT day huh? haha! ooo, gtg!

yest went 4 d fireworks festival cos my fren's dad is kinda like involved in d NDP.. so we got 2 get in like free of chrge n all. it was near fullerton hotel.. it was super crowded cos othr pple hu wanted 2 watch had 2 gathr round outside.. n d best tink was d president n a minister was there. so cool man! n every1 was rushin so they cud shake their hand. haha! so lame.. d fireworks were realli cool! it was so pretty, watchin it b4 ur eyes.. wooh! haha! den aftr d pathetic 15mins of fireworks we had refreshments. nice food 2.. den we had 2 tk a train hm cos d roads were all jammed. bt overall, it's realli nice..
